Spring Clean

  • Open the doors and windows and let in the fresh air

  • What is the energy in your home like? Is it appropriate for the space? Kitchens are often bustling energy filled places, while bedrooms are best a place of calm tranquillity

  • Declutter your home.

    • This can be daunting so go one room at a time. Be careful with this method that you don’t just circulate the clutter around the rooms!

    • If a room is too much then go cupboard by cupboard or draw by draw.

  • Houseplants, while needing a little tending, improve your home environment. If you are not green fingered then consider some of the easier to keep plants like peace lily or spider plants.

  • Consider using a cleansing spray in your home. Contact me for more details.

  • Declutter your diary. Focus on what is important to you. Allow space for you.

  • Cleanse your energy field. We all have it as we are living beings. We emit energy and that energy connects with others. This connection can lead to picking other people’s energetic dust. When you shower intend (think) about the water not only washing your physical body but also the energy around you. You can also use an aura spray (contact me for more details)

  • Immerse yourself in nature’s spring energy. The buds and new shoots. The early bulbs. The awakening of the garden, countryside and the increase in bird activity.

New Moon – starting something new. Planting your ideas to take root.

Full Moon – absorbing the energy of the moon. This is a great time to cleanse your crystals if you have some.
